Broad background in administrative law and detailed understanding of FCC rules and procedures.

Industry Experience - Former stockholder, InterMart Broadcasting West Coast, Inc., (WTPX(FM), Hobe Sound (Palm Beach), Florida;, WYOS(FM), Chenango Bridge (Binghamton), New York; former shareholder, WRAV, Inc., licensee of WRAV, Ravena-Albany, New York. Former 50% shareholder, officer and director of Red Wolf Broadcasting Corporation, licensee of WBMW(FM), Ledyard-New London, Connecticut. Former President, 50% shareholder of Adventure Three, Inc., licensee of WEEL-FM, Shadyside-Wheeling, West Virginia.
